Epoch Cipher, LLC (“we”) runs epochcipher.com. This page explains what the site collects and why.

What we collect. If you send us a request through the form on the home page, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your mobile number and your consent to be texted about your request. If you email us, we keep the email. That is all.

What we never collect online. We never collect recovery words, card codes, passwords, or anything from your recovery kit through this website or by email.

No trackers and no cookies. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Cloudflare counts visits without cookies and keeps standard request logs for a short time to run and protect the site.

Services we use. Loops stores the contacts from the form and sends our email and texts. Cloudflare hosts the site and counts visits (Web Analytics). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Texts. If you tick the box, you consent to texts from Epoch Cipher about your request, typically one to five a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The terms have the full wording.

What we don’t do. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and STOP ends texts. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email contact@epochcipher.com.

Changes. If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
